Frank named to All-Region team

All-region - Center-Stanton’s Katie Frank was named to this year’s Region 5 All- Region team. Frank was honored with her place on the team at the conclusion of last week’s Region 5 Girls Basketball tournament at Mandan High School. (McLean County Independent)
