Fourteen people from Mercer County met March 14, 2023, at the Beulah Civic Center, with Mercer County’s NDSU Extension Agents, Craig Askim and Metta Pfliger, forming the NDSU Extension Advisory Council.
The group learned about NDSU Extension, local programming and the philosophy and purpose of NDSU Extension.
The group’s purpose is to assist the Extension agents in analyzing local situations and identifying county needs, providing feedback to Extension staff, assisting in evaluating educational programs and continuing to learn about NDSU Extension and its programs.
